Daniel B. Garrie, Editor-in-Chief

Daniel Garrie, Esq. has a B.A. and M.A. in computer science, and is an e-discovery special master and thought leader in the fields of legal technology, e-discovery, and cyber security.  Quoted in Forbes and profiled in the Los Angeles Daily Journal, he is a frequently retained neutral and Chair of Alternative Resolution Center’s (ARC) E-Discovery and Forensic Dispute Resolution practice.  Mr. Garrie serves as a Partner and General Counsel at Law and Forensics LLC, a boutique legal strategy and computer forensics firm that works with clients across industries to address e-discovery and forensic challenges both in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Garrie is currently the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Legal Technology Risk Management and the Journal of Cyber Warfare. William “Bill” Spernow, CISSP, CEH, PMP, Net+, Sec+, CHS III, GAPPI/GCPI is a consultant with FSRDG in the Atlanta area specializing in forensic analysis, information security projects, incident response events and litigation support.  He is the former Director of Information Security, Investigations and Incident Response for Experian, the world’s largest consumer reporting agency.
