David Harvey (Judge, New Zealand District Court)
Judge David Harvey has been a Judge of the New Zealand District Court for 22 years. Following his appointment in 1989 he was involved in various initiatives to provide computer based and electronic systems support for the New Zealand judiciary. For the last 12 years Judge Harvey has lectured in Law and Information Technology at the Faculty of Law, University of Auckland. Joseph Weiss is an industry expert on control systems and electronic security of control systems, with more than 35 years of experience in the energy industry. Mr. Weiss spent more than 14 years at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) where he led a variety of programs.
