All manuscripts submitted to JLCW will appear online followed by being printed in hard copy.
The topics to be covered by annual Journal of Law and Cyberwarfare include, but are not limited to:

We are also interested in short papers (letters) that clearly address a specific problem, and short survey or position papers that sketch the results or problems on a specific topic. Authors of selected short papers would be invited to write a regular paper on the same topic for future issues of the JLCW.
We invite you to submit your manuscript(s) to submissions@jlcw.org or at http://www.jlcw.org/submissions/ for publication. Our objective is to inform authors of the decision on their manuscript(s) within four weeks of submission.
Following acceptance, a paper will normally be published in the next issue. We are also accepting manuscripts that match the general focus of JLCW for publication in other future issues.
Instruction for authors and other details are available on our website at http://www.jlcw.org
